SHIPPING POLICY

Because our goal is to spread the Midwest spirit all over the world, it is our loving customers duty  to ensure we can do so. By graciously covering your own shipping cost you are not only helping our brand grow but also our entire mission along with it. If there are any inconveniences feel free to contact our team. Our standard UPS shipping will result in a 6-10 business day delivery time from the moment your order is placed. There is, of course, the option for express shipping for a small surcharge.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want each and every one of our customers to wear our pieces with pride which is why we have made the decision to accept returns. To make a return simply contact our team and provide us with your reasoning so we can resolve the problem. We will then have you send it back to our headquarters and will either replace it with a new one or give you a full refund. However, if a return is desired we will not pay return shipping. If we have made a mistake, we will fully cover the shipping expense and provide you with a new garment. If you wish to replace an item with a different size, we will ask our customers to cover the shipping but no additional charges will take place. We do not accept returns on worn or damaged items.
